銀座知名的老牌酒吧
店內氛圍非常好，只有一個形狀特殊的吧台分成兩側
店內沒有menu，若不知道喝什麼可以請調酒師推薦，或是問他今天有什麼水果可以做酒，在慢慢往下選擇風味
水果調酒都很不錯酒味平衡水果風味鮮明，適合各種酒客
經典部分這次嘗試了sidecar跟lastword兩杯都做得很不錯，味道平衡但香氣十足

분위기가 좋고 원하는 칵테일, 위스키를 먹을수 있어서 좋아요!! 메뉴판은 따로 없으며 원하는 맛을 설명하면 맞춰서 추천해주세요? 자리값이 있고 정말 간단한 안주를 제공해줍니다. 지하 밀폐된 공간이라 흡연하는 분들이 있는경우 담배 냄새 지옥에 갇힌다는 주의는 드리고 싶네요

Little Smith comes up as a top rated cocktail spot in Ginza. However after trying many specialty cocktail spots in Tokyo, I’m not sure I’d rank it in my top favorites.

Don’t get me wrong, the cocktails were good, but I was disappointed in the lack of creativity especially considering a spot that boasts not having a menu.

I asked for a spin on a penicillin and got a penicillin with Japanese whiskey ? again, I want to be clear that it was a solid drink, just not anything different than I’d get in NYC.

My mother ordered a spicy margarita and it was exactly that with a hint of smoke

We then asked for some sort of special martini ? and got an Espresso martini and “The Little Smith” extra dry martini.

Our total check came to ¥14,200 (approx $98 including a $10 pp entrance fee)

Pros:
-Upscale and gorgeous setting
-Good drinks served by staff in white tux jackets
-Complimentary light snacks (broth, vegetables, and olives)
Cons:
-¥1500 (roughly $10) per person cover charge which felt aggressive compared to other spots
-Overpriced cocktails (most expensive drinks we had in Japan over 16 days)
-Service was not the friendliest and seemed to get upset when I asked about each item on the check

這間也是銀座有名的調酒吧，主打水果調酒，不提供酒單，店家通常會依照當季水果來做調配。招牌是新鮮番茄調配的血腥瑪莉，喝起來很滑順，另外點了巨峰葡萄調酒跟麝香葡萄調酒，都非常好喝。店家另外提供一杯熱湯跟一盤鹹點搭配飲酒，可以刷卡，會願意再訪。

剛入座到第一杯調酒上桌時都沒有問題，直到某位調酒師的出現一切都變得荒謬至極，不明原由的在發呆而且不時發出嘆氣聲，製作完調酒，在酒杯杯身都是泡沫而且完全沒有任何清潔下就直接上桌了（如圖），在一個人人均6000-7000日幣（兩杯）的酒吧中得到這種服務且產品品質沒有到位的狀況下沒有很推薦大家來踩雷。

Little Smith is nestled in the bustling streets of Ginza, located on B2. They don’t have a set menu but instead craft drinks tailored to your taste and preferences, using a few fresh fruits like Japanese pear, grapes, and fresh tomatoes to create truly unique beverages. The drinks were extraordinary, and after visiting 90% of Asia’s top 50, I highly recommend this place. While some reviewers have found the drinks a bit basic, if you’re seeking something unique and different, Little Smith is worth a visit.

The pricing aligns with what you’d expect for high-quality, one-on-one service, creative drinks, and a great atmosphere. The bar staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, happy to cater to my desire for different drinks and engaging in friendly conversation. The ambiance is relaxed and calm, perfect for unwinding.

Very nice bar overall! They don’t have a menu so you just ask what you crave for. They also do fresh fruits cocktails which are quite good and I can recommend them!

I came because I heard that "Little Smith" has the best bartender in Ginza. ——My experience is that "Little Smith" is worthy of the name!

I ordered three cocktails, the first was a fruity(watermelon) cocktail, the second was a Japanese Gin based and sparkling cocktail and the third was a sweet matcha cocktail. The bartender personally introduces the base spirits used and the cocktails are made exactly as I requested. Very satisfied!

Finally, I would like to thank the bartender "下池健太". The matcha cocktail you made was delicious and the service was excellent. I will patronise this bar again!
