Canon was an amazing find, we were treated with such great hospitality. Food was just okay for me.. I recommend sticking to their drinks as they were absolutely delicious and well made.

Highly recommend making a reservation in advance, if not walk-ins are welcomed, but you might have to wait long if there are no tables available. We went at 5pm on a Sunday and it filled up pretty quickly.

Definitely worth a visit if you love cocktails!

This space has a beautiful vibe and delicious drinks. I didn't have any food but my husband loved what he had. This place is a little dressy, almost a speakeasy atmosphere. Great for drinks with friends or a sexy date.

This place is the best for Whiskey. They open daily at 5pm. This is a very small venue and they only accommodate up to 4 people. We made reservations for the bar top and the reservations cost 50 dollars. This is like buying a concert ticket if you miss your reservation they keep the money. But on the other side the money if you show on time will go towards your bill. I would highly suggest making the reservation.
We found this bar from reading the Whiskey advocate magazine. They had this bar features as top 10 bars to drink Whiskey in the US. This bar blew my mind with the collection on hand. They have whiskey from pre prohibition. They are high in price but dang... My husband and I enjoyed several pours. The staff is Top Notch. I enjoyed talking about Whiskey and we learned a few things. I ended my night with a pour of the Blood Oath 3. Amazing pour. I cannot wait to go back for more. The also have so many cool cocktails on the menu. We sat at the bar and watched them make drinks like you would expect in Vegas. I cannot wait to bring a few friends to this place.. Give it a try if your in the area.

Atmosphere 8.5/10
The bar has one of the most impressive liquors shelfs on display, that I have seen. I would describe the vibe as "whiskey bar" / wild west saloon. A lot of seating options. And two different rooms - main room is definitely nicer, with windows and the huge liquor back bar. The back room is separated by their kitchen and is a more intimate atmosphere, with its own small bar area

Recommendation: Never Forget
Pretty extensive cocktail menu with a lot of signature creations. I liked that they show the glass/cup shape on the menu. Had the Never Forget, Lawn Boy and Georgia's campfire. The presentation and garnish is hit or miss, but Lawn Boy and Never Forget are definitely fun. All drinks were well mixed. Some drinks on the menu could use coasters, which they didn't have.

Service: 4/10
Maybe it was the culture shock being back in US, after my China trip, but the service was very disappointing. Everyone was rude and in a rush. I had the feeling that the staff was annoyed to speak with me or serve drinks. Cocktail prices are above average for Seattle and not worth this service. There was basically no service experience.

Interesting place. Couple nice fancy drinks, but the dish I got wasn't my favorite n needed something I felt. Can't even remember what exactly they were, and now their menu is different online which looks so much better than when was there w multiple things id like to try now

Repeat visit here and loved it again. Unfortunately there is a limited party size of 4. Drinks are unique and menu changes often. I would recommend trying to get here early - super busy. Also, loved the bathroom set up, the radio is cool.
