Nice high- tea experience for two. Overall the food was very good. The tea selection was varied, and we tried a few.

The tea-dolly section was ok. Would have preferred if there were 1-2 more savories than sweets.

The teas were not all served hot, and we had to request for some on the warmer side.

Baked Brie and sliders were were lip smacking delicious. The non alcoholic drinks were also delicious. Bobby and Paige were running the place like a pro. They do their best to be attentive to every single person there. Loved the french details, the ambiance and vibe of the whole place. Especially loved that hubby and I could have our entire conversation with cool music softly playing in the background, not blaring loud like a club. Downtown Bellevue needed a place like this and this is it!
It was our first time here and we’re definitely coming back!

Rouge is easily one of the best craft cocktail bars on the Eastside. Every visit is a standout experience, thanks to Zeke and his talented team. The mixology here is on another level—each drink is crafted with creativity and precision, using high-quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of laid-back and upscale, making it great for a night out with friends or a cozy date. If you’re into expertly made cocktails and a welcoming vibe, Rouge is a must-visit.

Blown away by this place! It looked super snotty so we assumed everything would be super expensive but it wasn’t. They have average prices and absolutely incredible cocktails. Some of the best we’ve had. Couldn’t recommend more, we’ll def be back!

Really good drinks. I had a sazerac and my date had a martini. Both drinks were clean, beautiful and delicious. A bit on the spendy side, but it’s a nice little place for cocktails.

My bartender was Luis and he made two really good drinks! I enjoyed the live music that was being played. Definitely a good spot to go for a couple drinks on a date night before dinner or a movie.
