Très bonne ambiance, une serveuse au top Camille est d’une gentillesse et s’est servir ses clients, les habitués sont également très gentils avec les gens de passage ?ne changez rien.

Bought One beer & vodka flat coke, ine ice cude total price charged on €15.50 charged at 18.30pm 11th Sept 2024.

Feels more like a theft from a local bar....

We were in Calais for only one evening....Stopped to get out of the heavy pouring rain yesterday on our scooters, out of respect to the business we were under their awning cover sheltering from the heavy pouring rain, i decided to go in and buy two drinks to support a local business and not feel cheeky....The barmaid had such a chip & bad attitude, yet there was no one in the bar, i bought one 50cl beer & a vodka & coke for my wife..
I watched the Barmaid pour cheap vodka and totally flat no gas Coco cola from the bottom of a virtually empty bottle that should have been thrown away, my beer had too much head and she tried to fill the glass a few times over spilling the glass.

She then charged me €15.50, yes €15.50 for the two poor quality drinks....i asked what the price of the beer and vodka, she just ignored me pretending not to understand, so i used google translate and she still refused to answer.

i commented that the drinks seemed very expensive, barmaid just laughed and pushed the card reader towards me for payment.
if i was back in the UK i would have refused to pay, but was in France its diffrent rules, so my wife said just pay it and we should leave.
Such a bad over priced RIP OFF BAR FOR ALL TOURISTS which must be avoided, with bad attitude staff. Im suprised they have any business at all..
I hope you the owners of this bar read my true & my recent visit review of your business and staff attitude with extornate rip off prices against tourists.
( its actually feels more like a robbery).
Do not go to this bar if you are out in Calais, there are so much more nicer,
heaper and respectful bars in the area, we just did not get the chance to try them.
