The salon is quite spacious and the staff from the entrance so amazing. The products they use is excellent and Inna my hairdresser did an exquisite job with my hair. Always smiley and friendly, takes her time to make the best Hollywood style hair. I loved the fact that everyone complimented my hair that night ❤️ I highly recommend Inna

I booked a hair wash and blow out service at this salon as I was staying near by and recovering from a recent surgery that made washing my hair impossible. The salon accommodated my need for some extra pillows during the washing and everyone was incredibly friendly and so kind. Inna, my stylist, was so professional and warm. I loved my hair and she was such a sweet person to chat with during my recovery. I also loved the space- very open and bright and the playlist was amazing- all the good 90s and 2000s pop hits, it felt like a truly uplifting environment. I am not from the area but if I am ever in NYC again I will certainly pop into the salon for any styling needs.

I've been going to Kazu for more than 20 years, as have a number of my friends, and of the two or three places he's worked in, all very nice with recognizable names, Federico's Salon is my favorite. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the salon itself is bright and cheerful. And full service---I treat myself to a facial from time to time with Gina, whom I've also known for years. Go! You won't be sorry. You can thank me later! :->

Janna Morein is amazing!! She always takes great care of my daughter and me. I’ve been to other eyebrow specialists who are supposed to be the best in the city. Janna is better for sure!! She gets 5 or more stars!! The reason I didn’t give the appointment a 5 star is that ypur online appointment system dropped Janna’s name many months ago. I mentioned it back then but her name is still not listed. I much prefer to book online. Also, it seems very unfair to Janna that she isn’t listed for her available times. Hope it gets fixed before my next appointment! Thanks!

Claudio gave me a beautiful blow dry and managed to make it frizz free despite the pouring rain and humidity! I highly recommend him. He is professional, personable, and a fabulous stylist.

First of all I want to say that I have been Federico client for more then 10 years and would never go to anybody else as long as he is available. I also bring my parents and friends to the salon because of the great service and atmosphere . I read some negative review and it just proves that NYC full of psychopaths that see racial profiling , where it does not exist. Federico has international team working for him and I never seen anything that "unhappy clients" described. Yes it is not a cheap place , I go there every month and I have NO regrets-MONEY well spent.
Federico is kind and caring person, who accommodates not just last minute change of schedule, but allows me to bring my dog!
Agness also worked on me multiple times and I love her like my sister! I highly recommend Federico salon! Style and class!
I get compliments every day on my hair color and haircut!
Thank you Federico and all your staff for taking care of my family!
