Nadine in the salon is absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment online through the JCP Salon website a week in advance. I walked into the salon with my small child in tow 20 minutes before the appointment time. Nadine very callously asked what I needed, mind you she was sitting in a salon chair on her phone. When I told her I was there for my appointment she instantly began arguing with me, stating I didn’t have an appointment. She claimed that either the website messed up my appointment or I did it wrong. She condescendingly asked me if I hit submit. I even tried to show her my confirmation and the event the site added to my phone’s calendar. Instead of trying to come up with a solution she talked down to me up until I left without a resolution.

Got my haircut here. Booked my appointment. When i called to confirm the person who answered the phone was super rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I went to the appointment, again, the stylist was super rude. I told her I wanted to go pixie with my hair for summer, which at the time my hair was shoulder length. She made me question why I wanted to cut it that short so i told her. She had a disdainful look, again, like she didn’t want to be there. My haircut was ok. I work in customer service, so attitude is everything to me. Will NEVER be going back. It was horrendous. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

They double booked and I had an event right after. Didn't get to get a haircut. But usually they do a good job. I will not come back just cause it is important for people to make their appointments and important for businesses to be professional.

I made an appointment online to get a haircut for my son then thirty minutes before the appointment Nadine calls me and says she won't have time cause she over booked....thanks for screwing me over. Unprofessional.

She did a beautiful job on my daughter's hair. It has such body and movement with the long layers. I highly recommend this salon. I give it five stars.
