Loved this Speakeasy Lounge! Atmosphere was cool. The drinks were very Cutesy? Loved the light in the drinks!! Jenga was a cool addition to the evening! It's a hidden Gem. You have to get a code to get into the secret space. I didn't order any food. The music was Ok, decor was fun! I will certainly visit again

I had a disappointing experience at La Aparicion Speakeasy Lounge due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the bartenders. Two of my friends were denied service after presenting valid IDs—one a vertical American ID, the other a Colombian ID. The bartenders dismissed the Colombian ID specifically because it was Colombian and refused to properly inspect either ID. They declined to use a blue light to verify them, used inappropriate language, and threatened to call the police, which would have proven the IDs were real.

When we brought this to the attention of the front staff (Mint to Be Mojito), they were kind and tried to help, but the bartenders rudely dismissed their efforts and told them to focus on their own duties. It’s disappointing to see certain staff treat customers and coworkers so poorly, leaving a negative impression despite the helpfulness of others.

This was an awesome experience! We came to this spot on two tours we went on. It definitely is a mystery when you first get there. The old fashion and light up specialty drinks they made are delicious and awesome! Highly recommend the experience!

OMG. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL IS INCREDIBLE. The music, atmosphere and drinks. The bartender Jesus was attentive and courteous and made a KILLER drink. Ask for the bathroom password at Mint to be mojito to get in 😉 You’re in for a treat. What a great experience!!

Overcharged for drinks. Was charged $35 for a mocktail and a cocktail. Only got a $10 back after tip. If you're paying with cash, you should count your change at the counter before leaving
