Reservation is recommended, but they can also put you on a wait-list for walk-ins. Probably half another to an hour wait. The entrance is behind the beer barrels.

It's a small intimate bar. Not super crowded, not loud. Perfect for a conversation. They don't have a menu, but they will make you a drink based on your palate.

A bar within a bar, Noble Experiment does not have a menu, but rather crafts each cocktail to your personal taste. Your bartender will spend some time getting to know you and what flavor profiles you prefer, and then will craft a perfect-for-you cocktail. I wanted mezcal that was bright and fresh without being sweet and our bartender nailed my drink. The spot is low lit and cozy, great for a date.

Phenomenal place. Definitely a must visit. Customer service is awesome. Behind the hidden keg wall is the secret bar which is amazing. There is no menus. Bartender will come lot you and will make a customer drink of your choice. Amazing vibe and service. A must visit. Make sure to make the reservation.

Great location to hang out and chat. Suitable for a date or to just hang out with friends. The bar itself is really cool and has a great style / appeal. The cocktails were good and the service great, I am deducting one star as I hoped the cocktails would be a bit more creative given the questions we were asked while ordering. They don’t really have a menu but create something in line with what you like.

Noble Experiment is a fantastic speakeasy located in the Gaslamp district downtown. I highly recommend making reservations if you plan to visit. They typically give you an hour with the mixologist. The night we went it was dealers choice (or bartenders choice). You tell them the types of alcohol or flavors you like and they put something together for you based on your preferences. All of the drinks the four of us were given were delicious. You can see some of the pictures attached. It’s a super cool atmosphere and the decor is amazing - dark and woody with paintings on the ceiling. The only slight downfall was the 60 minute limitation but given the number of people who want to come here I suppose it’s not unreasonable. We will definitely be going back when we have an opportunity.

Stopped by here for a drink after dinner and the vibes were perfect. Great place to grab a drink and hangout. We tried to get into the speakeasy but it was full and we didn’t make a reservation.
