The Service: A+!! The bartenders were friendly and efficient making drinks.

The Bar: Not super big but cozy & intimate setting. Lots of seatings. Many TV screens. Good vibe.

The Parking: Street parking, side street are much easier to find parking spots.

The place itself is super cool and chill. It took a while to get serviced at the bar, but there was a good bit of people. Both bartenders acknowledged me and said they'd be with me soon, so that helped.

Asking questions about the drink menu (prices, recommendations, etc.) seemed to have annoyed the woman helping me. I asked what food options they had, and she informed me they only had pizza (only to later find out they have free nachos when a friend I was meeting who had been there before ordered them).

I got the pepperoni flatbread. It took a good while to come out, but it was honestly worth it. It got better than more I ate. If you dont want pizza, they allow food from the BBQ place next door to be brought in. Just make sure you're there before it closes if you want to do that.

They take your glass as soon as you're done, and as an ice eater, it kind of irritated me. I get wanting to keep the place clean because it's a decent size, but maybe focus more on getting drinks out. It's as if they're bottlenecking dirty glasses by serving slow. Considering how there's 1 barback who does NOT make drinks and only cleans and delivers food orders, that should not be a problem.

$25 for 1 drink (blackberry bourbon smash) and flatbread. Paid with cash and was only give back dollar change. Didn't get the coins I was owed. I don't recall seeing a sign saying they didn't get exact change back, so I took it out of my tip.

So the place has a lot of hot and cold areas.

Place is nice, has outdoor seating. They had a great live band going.
The floors were sticky, restrooms were clean.
The place was busy but not absolutely packed for the lack of service from the Bartenders whom if they would just focused their attention on all the customers wanting to order drinks.
These ladies would chat away with eachother giving their backs to the customers and kept their sight away from the mirrors, thus making it impossible for us to place our orders. They were back there dancing and singing with eachother.
They would pick up the empty glasses from the bar really quick, but avoided making eye contact with us (the customers) who were trying to ask for more drinks, they would literally look away or talk to the other totally ignoring us.
My party and I were sitting at the bar the whole time, I got to see all this go down for hours not only to us but to anyone who came to the bar.
I finally convinced my party to go to another local bar.
It was nice to see the bartenders enjoying their night, but not at the expense of their Patrons.
Oh and don't even bother asking the guy in the black shirt for a drink, he will straight out tell you it's not his job.
These bartenders are not only providing bad service, but they are not even charging for all the drinks poured.
We usually run up a $200 tab in the time that we were there our tab way approximately $80 I only gave a $10.01 tip because the bartender forgot to charge for 1 drink and the penny for the service.
I took the picture attached they had just finished hugging while chatting ans laughing away.

This must be the worst bar in the San Fernando valley . Regardless of service.
" TIPS ARE FORCED ONTO YOU *
DEFINITELY A PLACE for ghetto, uneducated , no class , etc people . Hard to believe its located in Valley Village .
The 1st incident: Upon arrival. I order a beer and friend orders a mix drink . When friend is asked what kind of alcohol he would like with that drink ( friend replies ______ ) An alcohol that must have been looked at as CHEAP to the wannabee bartender who acted like he was the owner . Bartender reply was , ": Why that, are you cheap ? " My friend replies no , that he simply just wanted the alcohol he asked for.
2nd incident: Once we begin drinking , we wanted to feed the jukebox to enjoy music while having drinks. the volume was extremely low . So we proceed to ask the female bartender if she can please put the volume higher and she rudely says , " No the volume is where it is". After that rude response from the ghetto girl . I asked for the bill so we can leave this place, as it is the HOUSE OF KAREN'S with the rudest bartenders . Obviously I was not going to provide ANY TIP with the service we received. Therefore , I stated that in the receipt as I was closing out.
And of course , the loser of a bartender just had to comment and said " If u dont tip , you dont have to come here anymore " . As if tips are MANDATORY . For a second I thought of punching this guy in the mouth for his disrespectful attitude that he gave from the beginning . But . . . not worth it . At the end of the day , PATS is just a place to avoid and feel sorry for the type employees they have working there . Funny that the 50 + year old is so desperate for tips he practically is asking for them . LOL .
What a loser. . . .
